What Causes Man Boobs ?

Here are some of the causes of man boobs:-

1. Maybe there is too much estrogen (that is the female hormone) which will cause the breasts to grow- just like a woman. They say that too much soy protein can lead to this. Also battery chicken meat is said to have too much estrogen in it.

2. There is plenty of evidence to show that men who are on steroids get man boobs. Another reason not to take them. Some of them are taking Tamoxofen which is a cancer fighting drug for women with breast cancer. How sick can you get ??

3.Stress, overeating and lack of exercise will all help to accumulate fat in that area. Young boys may have it because of a hormonal imbalance and it may well go away as tetosterone (the male hormone) takes over. Some people maintain that the more stressed you are, the bigger your man boobs will be !

How do you get rid of man boobs like what exercises can you do to get rid of them,

Man boobs suck! I’m 29, 6′2″ and weigh 185 with about 10-12% body fat. (Nowhere near overweight or obese.) I’ve man boobs all my life and they’re impossible to get rid of without surgery. What I’ve found most helpful is staying lean(ish) and doing a lot of incline bench presses. I recently discovered the incline bench press and it’s made all the difference. Incline bench presses build the upper chest and for me, it has made my man boobs WAY less noticeable.

Good Exercises For Man Breasts

Im losing weight by dieting and excersising and its going great. Just would like to know if theres anything good for the two areas specificaly. Thanks
squats (do bodyweight squats for about a month as you would a weight training porgram same with…….) do press ups first before bench press press ups do two sets of as many as you can then keep increasing the number by atleast 2 more reps each week for about one month, then do both press ups and weights not heavy weights but not too light, you should be able to just do 12 in a set, this will justify 10 reps in 4 sets of 4 mins break not too many reps but about 4 sets of 10 reps with about 4 min break between each

Best Exercises To Eliminate Man Boobs ?

i want to know what helps alot to make my man boobs go away or smaller please help im so sad that they wont go away
You must burn fat more than anything! I have written a guideline of everything I tell my clients to do which actually works! (I am a personal trainer). Follow this and you will get down to a healthy weight, get toned and your “Man boobs” will definitely go. But you must be consistent and patient!!!. It may take a few months or it may take a year but start right now!!!! You should aim to do 40-60minutes of weight training 4 times a week and add in a couple of walks/jogs in between. Get some dumbells (3-5kgs) and do 3 sets of 6-8 exercises x 15reps. For example: 15 x chest press (With weights) 15 x Lunges (With weights) 15 x Pushups 15 x Squats (With weights) 15 x Bicep Curls (With weights) 15 x Burpees (Do all of the above 3 times) Then do crunches, some oblique twists and transverse holds (plank ) for abs and core stability. Aim to do weights for 40minutes 3-4 times a week. Make sure you give your muscles a rest in between. Go for runs on the days you dont do weights (Aim for atleast 30 minutes of running). It has been proven in many studies that the best way to lose fat is to weight train. Every pound of muscle you gain increases your metabolism which burns more calories. Weight training also has an after burn effect which means that more calories are burned throughout the day whereas doing only cardio will only burn fat during your workout time. So weight train weight train weight train!!!!! This is the best advice I can give to everyone. If you are a woman you will not get bulky as you do not have enough testosterone in your body to build big muscles. You will just turn your body into a slim, lean, toned fat burning machine!!! Men will definitely build muscle mass depending on the amount they lift! Also never ever give yourself a time limit. Make a commitment to do this the rest of your life. Too many people go on training/dieting benders for a couple of weeks then give up once they hit their goal. Doing everything I reccomended will give you awesome reults but there is no miracle quick fix to losing weight. Believe me I have tried everything! Losing weight quickly is unhealthy, unachieveable and never easily maintained. Although it would be nice to click our fingers and make the fat go away it’ll never happen! Drink looooaaaadddsss of water. Dont drink nothing. Water is your best friend when losing weight as it fills you up, reduces your appetite and keeps you hydrated. For your food intake eat loads of vegetables, fruit, nuts, chicken, fish, brown rice, brown bread, lentils. Cut out all highly processed high carbohydrate sugary foods. Also try to avoid foods high in saturated fat. Try not to go over about 1500calories. Always go for low G.I! I hope this helps anyone who is trying to lose weight. Believe me weights are a girls (and guys) best friend :)

The BEST Way To Fix Those Man Boobs

My boyfriend is extremely bothered by the way his chest looks. He has recently lost a lot of weight, and although he still has a ways to go, his issue now are his “man-boobs”. The thing is is that they’re not filled with excesse fat. It’s the saggy, stretched skin that’s left from him losing weight. He’s only 25 so is it possible for him to naturally tone and pull that skin back up without having to have surgery? Also, how do you get someone to exercise when they’re in no shape to start?
I had lost 120 pounds. My excess skin across my midsection literally looked like an apron of flesh. My skin can come off of my abdominal wall. No amount of exercise would fix that. I had to go in for an abdominalplasty and liposuction. In the abdominalplasty they reattached my skin to the abdominal wall. AS far as my chest goes, I was able to get it to look normal through a lot of chest workouts. A muscled chest will erase the man-boobs (or Moobies as I like to call them). I’d suggest that he lose the weight slowly and work on doing a lot of chest exercises. That will tone it up. If it doesn’t, he might need surgery to get the skin removed. If he lost a bunch of weight, his insurance might even pay for the surgery to remove the excess skin. Have hm SERIOUSLY look into it. My surgery was $7,000.00 in the clinic or $10,000.00 if I would’ve been knocked out completely in the hospital. I found out later that my insurance might’ve paid for it. As far as your exercise question. It is best to either start with a diet or start with an exercise plan first. if you’re changing your diet, you don’t need to exercvise right away. If you are exercising you don’t need to diet right away. Once that person gets into an established healthy eating or heathly exercise routine, that si when they can start incorporating the other. So if your friend is too heavy to exercise, start witha diet and eventually incorporate exercise. By the way, there is no such thing as being too fat to exercise. I saw a show on TLC about a man who was 1250 pounds. He was bedridden but danced and girated in his bed for exercise,. he lost 400 pounds.

How to get rid of man boobs and fat around my body?

I am 13, turning 14 soon. I am overweight and have man boobs. I am very embarrassed by them and tend to hunch over to hide them. This is very bad for my back and I need to get rid of my man boobs. I have a large body build and feel I could have a really nice buff figure if i worked out. I am trying to get a weight lifting machine thing, not exactly sure of the name of those. I'm hoping that would help me become stronger, lose fat, and get rid of these annoying man boobs. Does anyone have any opinions on how to get rid of them AND become more muscular at the same time? Are there any exercises I could do with a weight lifting machine that would help me? I can barely do a push-up… Pathetic, I know. So, I was looking for an alternative?

At your age it might take years for your chemical makeup to kick in and I doubt if your parents would permit liposuction.
But bench presses curls running and a high fiber diet may do the trick . Your hormonal balance may be more than you can counter but a competent Dr. should no what you need if you are deficient for some medical reason . See the family physician and by all means bring it up to him as he might not offer his expertise otherwise.

You can't spot lose fat, but you can spot tone muscles…to lose fat do some aerobic activities and you'll burn fat from your whole body, so the offending areas should be included…walk, jog, aerobics videos or classes, fast dancing, bicycling, rollerblading, etc…

Can't get rid of man boobs?

I exercise regulary 4 times a week for over an hour, have been doing this for 4 months have lost weight in most areas but can't get rid of my man boobs for the life of me. Any ideas in what i should do?

If you are under 18 don't do anything. They will probably go away by themselves.

If you are older then this adjust your diet. Drink less beer and eat less potato and meat. You should also do some cardio-aerobic exercises and Anaerobic exercises. Try an incline bench press. Remember that building muscle mass with a weight training regiment requires fewer reps with greater weight.

Working the lower chest, shoulders, and upper back are good things to focus on if you want to reduce the appearance of your man boobs.
