What Causes Man Boobs ?

Here are some of the causes of man boobs:-

1. Maybe there is too much estrogen (that is the female hormone) which will cause the breasts to grow- just like a woman. They say that too much soy protein can lead to this. Also battery chicken meat is said to have too much estrogen in it.

2. There is plenty of evidence to show that men who are on steroids get man boobs. Another reason not to take them. Some of them are taking Tamoxofen which is a cancer fighting drug for women with breast cancer. How sick can you get ??

3.Stress, overeating and lack of exercise will all help to accumulate fat in that area. Young boys may have it because of a hormonal imbalance and it may well go away as tetosterone (the male hormone) takes over. Some people maintain that the more stressed you are, the bigger your man boobs will be !

Very often, a simple change in lifestyle and/or diet will help you to overcome this problem. You can even have breast surgery if you want all that pain and dsicomfort and a lot of men do it. Best Exercises To Eliminate Man Boobs ?

i want to know what helps alot to make my man boobs go away or smaller please help im so sad that they wont go away
You must burn fat more than anything! I have written a guideline of everything I tell my clients to do which actually works! (I am a personal trainer). Follow this and you will get down to a healthy weight, get toned and your “Man boobs” will definitely go. But you must be consistent and patient!!!. It may take a few months or it may take a year but start right now!!!! You should aim to do 40-60minutes of weight training 4 times a week and add in a couple of walks/jogs in between. Get some dumbells (3-5kgs) and do 3 sets of 6-8 exercises x 15reps. For example: 15 x chest press (With weights) 15 x Lunges (With weights) 15 x Pushups 15 x Squats (With weights) 15 x Bicep Curls (With weights) 15 x Burpees (Do all of the above 3 times) Then do crunches, some oblique twists and transverse holds (plank ) for abs and core stability. Aim to do weights for 40minutes 3-4 times a week. Make sure you give your muscles a rest in between. Go for runs on the days you dont do weights (Aim for atleast 30 minutes of running). It has been proven in many studies that the best way to lose fat is to weight train. Every pound of muscle you gain increases your metabolism which burns more calories. Weight training also has an after burn effect which means that more calories are burned throughout the day whereas doing only cardio will only burn fat during your workout time. So weight train weight train weight train!!!!! This is the best advice I can give to everyone. If you are a woman you will not get bulky as you do not have enough testosterone in your body to build big muscles. You will just turn your body into a slim, lean, toned fat burning machine!!! Men will definitely build muscle mass depending on the amount they lift! Also never ever give yourself a time limit. Make a commitment to do this the rest of your life. Too many people go on training/dieting benders for a couple of weeks then give up once they hit their goal. Doing everything I reccomended will give you awesome reults but there is no miracle quick fix to losing weight. Believe me I have tried everything! Losing weight quickly is unhealthy, unachieveable and never easily maintained. Although it would be nice to click our fingers and make the fat go away it’ll never happen! Drink looooaaaadddsss of water. Dont drink nothing. Water is your best friend when losing weight as it fills you up, reduces your appetite and keeps you hydrated. For your food intake eat loads of vegetables, fruit, nuts, chicken, fish, brown rice, brown bread, lentils. Cut out all highly processed high carbohydrate sugary foods. Also try to avoid foods high in saturated fat. Try not to go over about 1500calories. Always go for low G.I! I hope this helps anyone who is trying to lose weight. Believe me weights are a girls (and guys) best friend :)

I am a guy with gynecomastia (male breasts). I have C-cup breasts. Should I wear a bra?

I began developing breasts around the age of 15 and just never got any breast reduction surgery. Mainly because of the fact that I have no health insurance and it is too expensive for such a surgery. On another note, I have learned to live with having breasts.

Insurances do NOT cover plastic surgery because it's considered cosmetic surgery. Having breasts is not going to kill you like cancer will. That's the way the insurance companies see it.

I have to wear a bra while I exercise. I don’t have much breast development, but my breasts are pretty sensitive to repetitive movements such as bouncing. Such as those experienced during high impact exercises such as running or hiking.

When I first saw a doctor about my problem, she told me that men have the same breast tissue as women. Just like women, some men’s breast tissue can be sensitive to bouncing and that is true regardless of your breast size. For example, there are some women with very small breasts who are very sensitive to these forms of movement. On the other hand, there are some women with very large breasts that aren’t. When it comes to size and sensitivity, you can be anywhere in between the two extremes.

Now, you have to understand my breast have always been sensitive to these bouncing movements. They are as sensitive now that I’m considered 14 pounds overweight (according to normal weight to height ratios) as they were when I was REALLY skinny with very little body fat. My doctor suggested for me to wear it either full time or at least during such activities and I have to say that they do help a lot.

Whether you want to wear one or not it's up to you. It's all about your own comfort and not that of the idiot looking at you realizing that you are wearing a bar. Hey, those idiots already look at your weird, whether you are wearing a bra or not.

Some people have given you good advice. Wear a sport bra because they do provide compression minimizing your size. There are some sport bras that are long like a undershirt (muscle shirt). I am a male to female transsexual who failed once with transition and would like to again?

I tried to transition on the job but my employer said no if I wanted to retire. I had been female hormones several years and had to quit hormones and have breast reduction surgery.
I still feel like a woman and have wanted to be one even without
hormones

You know who you are and instinctively what makes you happy. If you are indeed a transsexual you know what will bring you happiness, living like a woman. Don't´forget later you begin less positive effects have the hormone therapy!!!

Should I get a hair transplant and breast reduction ladies?

I am a male who is losing hair and who suffers from breadt enlargement. Do you ladies feel I should get a hair transplant and breast reduction surgery if it will make me look better? I am confident about other things in my life except this.

Or do you think that decent looking ladies will overlook hair loss and boobs in a man? I don't mind women who are a bit overweight or who have small boobs so maybe I am worrying to much about my appearance? Or maybe not in today's superficial world?

Get rid of the boobs. Got a guy at work who needs a bigger bra than most of the women there. That's just nasty.

Laser Hair Removal for Men - Reduction possible or complete Removal?

I am male considering LHR and need your help.

My arms are quite hairy indeed, to the point where I want to have something done. I understand from various reading that the laser that passes through skin to damage the hair follicles only affects hairs that are currently in their growth phase. Multiple sessions would be required in order to remove all hairs.

Now, as a man, I don't want COMPLETELY hairless arms… but I DO want there to be a significant reduction in comparison to how they are now. I figured that having less sessions would result in a 'symmetrical' reduction rather than complete removal. But I also figure that hairs are randomly in growth/dormant phases and by having fewer sessions so that not all hairs are removed, random patches of hairs will still be present….

So I guess that there is no way to properly REDUCE? It's either COMPLETE removal of an area or random patches of Hair / No Hair being left behind?

Your input would be most appreciated.

It's exactly that…….either all or nothing……because you never know what the outcome will be.

In my honest opinion, you shouldn't even bother. You should not be so lame and proud, just accept yourself as being the way you are.
