Good Exercises For Man Breasts

Im losing weight by dieting and excersising and its going great. Just would like to know if theres anything good for the two areas specificaly. Thanks
squats (do bodyweight squats for about a month as you would a weight training porgram same with…….) do press ups first before bench press press ups do two sets of as many as you can then keep increasing the number by atleast 2 more reps each week for about one month, then do both press ups and weights not heavy weights but not too light, you should be able to just do 12 in a set, this will justify 10 reps in 4 sets of 4 mins break not too many reps but about 4 sets of 10 reps with about 4 min break between each

    just run a few miles a day slowl the body fat there will go away

    your thighs can be worked out by doing: lunges, squats, or using a stationary bike, etc

    your pecs aka man boobs can be helped by doing: push ups, shoulder press, bench press, etc

    squats bench presses cardio work out for the legs. alot of bench presses.

    Sometimes pulling back in your muscles a few times a day as if you were to do tummy exercises would be a good way of working your man breasts. I just don’t remember how many a day or week you can do. Try searching google. I would assume its what ever amount they expect you to do for any other exercise.

    For thighs I guess it depends on what exercise would suite you best that wont hurt you at the same time. Try googling your question there as well. Worst case scenerio, go get a personal trainer to help you out.

    Drink plenty of water if not already,water helps cleanse the body.Light weights for both,to tighten and define the chest,Leg-lifts/extensions, squats,maybe some lunges to define the quads.Always wear lifting belt regardless of amount of weight being used.It may take longer to firm up,depending on your age,even with dieting,the older you become,the harder it is to get the body back to the way it was before.I wouldn’t mind if I still had the physique I had at 25 now,now I’m 20 years older than that,have a small pot belly,have bigger man-boobs than some high school girls have of the other kind(kind us guys would rather look at,when they are 21 & over).
