How do I lose my man boobs?
I am 14 years old and im 5′4 and 160. I am overweight but not too much. However i have man boobs and they are really embarasing. How can i lose them without surgery. Thanks
When I was in 6th grade (12 years) I weighed 220 pounds and my man-boobs made my little sister jealous, now racing and at a cut 180 at age 26, here are some suggestions: 1) I would suggest you do not buy food that you know you shouldn’t eat. For example, if there is ice cream in the freezer, there’s a good chance I’ll dig in, if all I have around are healthy things, then those are my only options. 2) Stop eating out, ginormous portion sizes and mystery ingredients are what is turning America into an obese nation. 3) Eat a healthy breakfast- fiber rich cereal, oatmeal, avoid frozen pastries, sugary pop-tarts, and other junk. And whatever you do, don’t skip a meal. Learn to cook, veggies and lean meats like turkey and chicken are great for dinner. 4) Burn it off. Get some exercise- don’t worry what people think of you at the gym, just look forward to what they’ll be thinking of you if you keep going long enough. Cycling is an excellent way to burn fat, I lost it going 12 miles a day on a mountain bike. But you really need the Chest Coach because that will help you to stay on track and feel more motivated and less isolated.

well first of all, you bein 5'4 and 160 you aren't that fat. i'm 5'5 and i weigh about tha same and i don't have "man boobs" as you call them. yeah there is fatty tissue there so they pertrude out a bit. however, i myself am on a diet to get rid of that fatty tissue, and this diet is workin really well, so yeah i suggest u go on a diet and exercise like i am doing. i've already lost 10 pounds!

i had this same problem all through grade school and through most of high school. the only way i was able to get rid of them was to exercise and lose enough weight that they finally got small enough that they weren't noticeable. however, there is a condition in some men that causes them to have man boobs even if they aren't over weight. usually the only thing that can be done in that situation is surgery such as lyposuction to remove the layer of fat beneath the brest. if you are really self aware of this, you could see a doctor to find out what your options are. hope this helps.
