Probably the most common reason why men suffer from man boobs is that they have accumulated too much fat. 1. Use low fat foods where possible.
2. Eat 5 or 6 times a day.Eat less and much more often. The more often you eat the more calories you will burn off in digesting that food.
3. Stock up on nuts, oil and other healthy sbacks. Even dark chocolate is better than a processed snack!
4. Try eating on smaller plates!
5. Go for about 60% carbohydrates, 15% fat and 3o% of protein.
6. Go for fruit and vegetables and lean meat rather than all the processed foods out there. Remember that the more processed food is, the more likely it is to contain presrvatives, toxins, colorings and additives which are not going to do you any good !
